One of a series of picture books in pocket-size editions. In this story with a rhyming text, a group of children prepare for a party. Each performs his or her own task perfectly – except for Jim, who just can’t keep his hands out of the jam pot.

The repetitiveness makes this a great read aloud. Children love joining in and matching up the words to the action in the illustrations.
