Matilda

It was a really good book. The funny part is when matilda puts glue on her dads hat and it gets stuck on her dads head

I liked the book Matilda because it was a fun book

My thoughts is that Matilda is an smart,amazing and beautiful girl but dose not have the best parents and my favorite character is Matilda and this is fiction.

It was really good and I really enjoy reading it. I could really understand the book and the pictures are really nice. (credit to Quentin Blake) It was even better than the movie!

I think this a pretty interesting book because I loved Matilda when I was younger so I am properly still going to love and if it is still out I am going to read it to my children

I read Matilda when I was preparing for a Book assembly at school. I had read parts of it when my daughter was first reading it ( bedtime reading - picking up where she’d left off the night before and having to quickly work out what was going on 😁 ) and had seen the film and most recently the film of the musical but I’m not sure that I’d actually read it myself.

I love the description of Matilda’s visits to the Library. 📚

There is a little girl called Matilda and she likes reading a lot, but her parents don't let her. Her parents are also horrible to her like calling her names.

It was very intresting and exciting and it was great.

This was a fiction book and I prefer factual books. I would recommend it to anyone that enjoys Roald Dahl books

This was the first Roald Dahl book I read and it was amazing, I really did like it so I would really recommend it.

My two favourite parts of the book was when 1. Matilda started school on her first day and, Miss Honey was surprised by Matilda reading a book for young adults or younger and 2. When Matilda spilled the cup with a newt inside in front of Miss Trunchbull.

Overall I would rate this a 4/5 stars.

I liked this book because it was really interesting but I didn’t like miss trunchball. It was fiction and my favourite charter was miss Honey Scarlet.

I like the things that Matilda can do, especially when she gets cross.

This book teaches everyone to be kind because a little girl called Matilda is so kind to people. First, her life isn't that good because her adoptive parents are so mean to her but later on in the book she ends up getting adopted by her lovely teacher called miss Honey and they live happily ever after

My favourite character is Matilda.

I like Matilda because she's smart, kind, has magical powers and most importantly she stood up to the bully Miss Trunchbull.

I like Matilda because reading is my favourite thing and Matilda loves reading too. I love going to the library too!

I would recommend it to anyone, because it's such a great story, and Matilda finally found a mom who loves her, and they were able to chase The Trunchbull away, so they got the big house and the school! Also, Miss Honey was the headteacher!

It told you that you should always read and learning is a wonderful thing to do.
