Matilda

I liked when Matilda used her powers to help Miss Honey. I found it funny when Miss Trunchbull had a newt in her glass of water.

Highly recommended but not for beginners as it's pretty long.

It was nice but they didn’t include what happened in the like with the parents did they get arrested or what I’m very curious but apart from that it was nice and I really loved what Matilda done to her parents

I liked Matilda the best because I thought her powers were really cool and I wish I could have them. I gave the book 4 stars because in the middle of the book I got a little bit bored but the rest I thought was very good. The best part was when she glued her father's hat to his head with super super glue. It was the best because he had to sleep in his bed with the hat and I thought this was very funny. I probably would recommend this book to my new teacher.

It was good but not very exciting.

It's so funny how matilda puts glue on there fathers hat and his head gets stuck.Miss honey is a very nice teacher and she treats others very kind however Mrs trunchaball is the total opposite she flings people out the window if they have plaited hair.It's so funny and I would reccomend this to people who love comedy and it's just right for them

I thin Matilda is a very clever girl! Her life is full of ups and downs but she gets through it and even gets a new parent, lovely Miss Honey! I recommend as many people to read it!

I really like Matilda! It's about a girl who looks ordinary but she really is extraordinary. Roald Dahl the author has a really good way of writing. His story's are really good!

Matilda is a very intelligent girl.I couldn't believe that she could read straight away when she was born!

I think this book is quite good because it is about a tiny girl who is a very smart 4 year old - she knows how to read and write and she always wants to read different books everyday. Her mum and dad don't like Matilda and wish for her to be like her brother (Michael). Later in school, she discovers she has magic powers - she can lift things by only moving her eyes!

I would recommend this book to others.

I liked Matilda the best because she makes up plans to punish her mummy and daddy. I would recommend this story. I think my friends would enjoy this book.

Matilda is a brilliant child. She learns lots of things when she is 2. She goes to school when she is 6 and a half but she already knows lots of things. She gets a new parent called Miss Honey at the end as her parents are so horrid and nasty.

This book is a fiction book. My favourite character was Matilda because I like all of the tricks that she does in the story. My favourite part of this story was when Matilda moved into the same house as Miss Honey and they were playing lots of fun games!

My favourite character was Miss Honey, she is really kind to Matilda and her other students. She always asked if they were ok. This is fiction. It has some very funny parts and sometimes a bit rude. I was definitely recommend this, especially if they were sad.
