I’ve been intrigued about these books for a long time: I didn’t read them as a child. This is the first I’ve read and it was so awful that I really liked it! Reminiscent of comic books my dad owned with titles like “Creepy Worlds” and The Twilight Zone television series, the story was fun and while not really ‘creepy’ it is a tale of something that you wouldn’t want to happen and it has a twisty ending. This story is about a cuckoo clock, purchased from an antiques dealer at a bargain price because it’s faulty. The narrator finds the fault when he accidentally turns back time…
