Orphaned Jonas Jones is cold, tired and hungry. And without his little dog Scraps he’d be terribly lonely, too. So when evil Megrim the dog catcher and his side-kick Filch decide they’re going to get rid of Scraps, Jonas knows he must stop them, even if that means going for help at Rickety Hall.
I read this book because it was one of my favourite when I was younger. However it didn't draw me in this time. I read a lot of children's books and this lacked momentum and interest.
