Katie Morag and the Dancing Class

I didn’t enjoy this story so much because not much happened but then I liked when she enjoyed the different class. Some hard words to read.

I liked she was always late for the dancing class

I enjoyed this book because I love to dance too.

I thought this book was ok but it wasn't the most interesting and I like other Katie Morag books better. I did like reading about the dance show near the end because it was a story about Aladdin and Jasmine who I like from the Disney films. I probably wouldn't tell a friend to read this book.

I liked that Katie enjoyed doing tap and said she wanted to learn ballet at the end because she said she didn’t want to do a dance class at the beginning. I was pleased she enjoyed doing tap and was able to perform in her scruffy clothes and not have to wear the pink frilly skirt as she didn’t like it. Children have to get used to ballet. I thought it was funny she performed at the show in her wellies with metal tacks from Grannie Island’s old tackety boots! I liked Katie’s performance because she wore a pink bow and danced really well. I also liked Agnes performing as Aladdin, Sasha performing as Princess Jasmine and Fay performing as the Genie of the lamp because I thought their costumes were beautiful, amazing and colourful. I liked Katie best because I thought she performed well and I thought it was funny she wore tap boots instead of tap shoes. I would recommend this book because it is all about ballet and tap. I do ballet and tap and I really enjoy it.

I liked this book because she doesn't want to dance so she goes to other places but her granny makes her try to dance

The grandma puts tap bits on her shoes to make her shoes noisy and then she likes tap dance.

The funny part is when it was the other ladies go to dance and some of the boys were watching from the side of the curtains.
