It was good...

Very good because people were backstabbing others. You didn’t know to trust. It was filled with suspense.

It had lots of things I'm interested in like action and some killing but it was a bit sad at the end.

I liked Desdemona because she was pretty.

Not very shakespear-ish to me

I think it was an interesting story but I think it was abit too gory for me with all the killing. My favourite character was Emilia for she was a kind friend and humble servant to her mistress Desdemona and she put up with her husband who was evil and it was him who killed her in the end

Othello is about a Moorish general for the Venetian army, Othello, who falls in love with a Venetian lady, Desdemona. Unfortunately, Desdemona's father is very racist and sees Othello as vermin when he finds out they're in love. Being Shakespeare, this book is very tragic.

Though this play may have been well-written, I don't have much else good to say. The plot is extremely simplified, and the characters are infuriatingly stupid. This book is not a boring read, but it is also in no way interesting.

The characters are not very developed, relatable, or lovable. This dramatically stunts this play's ability to be tragic.

My favourite character is Iago as he is very cunning. This book is about Iago trying to help his friend Roderigo. Roderigo wants to marry Othello's wife Desdemona and his plan fails. Instead, he ends up killing lots of people including Roderigo. In the end, he is taken guilty and executed. I recommend this book as it is a good story.

I thought Othello was wrong about 2 things. They are: trusting Iago and the final thing is: Killing his wife Desdemona.

My favourite character is Desdemona.

I would recommend this to someone else.

It was a sad story for Othello. It was pretty good, but not the best I have read. I think it is not that exciting, but it is still something that many others will like. I didn't like the murdering parts.

I liked Desdemona because she was very kind.
I didn’t like that Iago killed his own wife in the heart with a sword and I didn’t like that Othello killed hiself.

good

I thought it had a magical plot twist when Iago is the person who gets everybody killed. Iago is a mean and spiteful character that despises Othello. Othello is a good leader but is tricked by Iago to kill Desdemona though he loved her.

I would recommend the book because Shakespeare's books are good stories but always have a lesson to them.
