Mesmerising!
I liked Charlie because she is smart and funny. I also liked Betty, she is very adventurous. I loved reading this book!
I recommend this book for all ages for this amazing book, and I love the parts when they all must work together to find a solution for there problem, and this story contains many magical features such as people obtaining magical objects and pirates.
I loved this book, I really like the author and how she writes. This is the second in the series and I would recommend it to anyone who likes books with adventure and secret islands.
I Tend To Read Lots Of Fiction Books But This Is One Of The Best Books With { My Personal Favs } Percy Jackson And Harry Potter. I Love The Plot Twist And Overall The Whole Book!
i like how they keep getting into different troubles when trying to get out of another one
I liked that it was an adventure story and every part was exciting.
This book was extremely fun, with different challenges at every wrong turn! This book was a fantastic thrill!
This story could take you to a different world in a day! I recommend this book to anyone who likes magic and most important of all ADVENTURE!!
The second book in an awesome series. I recommend it!
This book was a fiction book, my favourite character was Betty. I liked her because she would always take the lead if she could “smell an adventure” My second favourite character was a pirate called Spit.I know it’s a weird name but it’s the only name he has ever none. He was found by some pirates floating on a suit case in a sinking ship spitting sea water out. That’s how he got his name.I would defiantly recommend this to anyone who has read the first book in the series; a pinch of magic
My favrioute character is Charlie. She’s so kind, bubbly, humble and just overall cute that I couldn’t help loving her.
I think 8-14 year olds would gobble this book down! It’s a great adventure that they’ll love, although (warning) the book is rather feminine!
I would recommend it to my friends
It has adventures
Amazing!!
I think it is a good book. I love that it is fall of adventure. Charlie I would like Charlie the best .It interest me because I like books with action and drama and it had it all. I would recommend it to my friend Rachel.
Another of Michelle Harrison’s amazing books. Once I begin to read I never want them to end. The three Widdershin sisters have another adventure this time with pirates, treasure, magic and mystery. Spit is my favourite character in this story as he helps the girls even though it means going against his pirate crew. I would one hundred per cent recommend this book to children and adults alike.
I loved this book. The fantasy scenes were incredible and the i loved the aesthetic. The characters were really cool, especially the sisters and all the new characters. I would recommend this book because it was funny, gripping, and has a good message. I loved the first one too.
I would recommend this book is for people who likes adventurous stories. At first I thought that this was going to be a scary book but you just have to keep reading the book
This was a great sequel to the first, A Pincj of Magic. The characters were good and I liked how new characters were added and that this twisted the story throughout.
A great book of mysteries, adventure, magic and quest.
the Widdershins had to fight for their friend, Willow. They face many challenges in the sea with witches etc
It was tempting me to keep on reading
A must read book
If you like magical books you will enjoy this series of books. The three main characters have an adventure on a mystery island. On the way they meet some pirates who steel their boat and they have to find a way to get to the island. Their adventure is full of danger and excitement!
I really enjoyed this book. It took a bit to get into but I liked it because it was the first book I’ve read and enjoyed about pirates.
It was the sequel to a Pinch of magic which I loved, and although the story didn’t carry on it had the same characters in it.
I’d recommend it for people who like adventure and mystery, aged 8-10.
This book was great but I think that they should make it harder for them to get to the island and have some strong currents pushing them away.
This book was incredible! It dragged on a bit, but it was still impeccable. I found myself wanting to read on after the first few chapters.
Like always, I didn't have a favourite character.
I would recommend this book to anyone who likes mysteries.
I thought it was one of the best books I have ever read. There were lots of questions in the book that got answered at the end. I wasn't able to predict what would happen as there were lots of twists and turns in the plot.
I would definitely recommend this book.
If you are planning to read this book, you would have to read the first one, A Pinch of Magic, otherwise you would be a bit confused! I found this book alot better than the first one because it was alot more exciting. I am not saying that the first book wasn't great, just not as good as this one. I would definitely recommend this book.
It's about 3 sisters Fliss, Betty and Charlie. They find a girl called Willow and set out on a quest to find a mysterious island that can only be seen through a magical hagstone known as the witches eye. Along the way Charlie gets mistaken for Willow and gets kidnapped. It's up to the sisters and willow to save the day....
In search for a treasure and a missing sister they set of I rate this book for ages 9-11
Jumping Jackdaws! This book was amazing, I would recommend it to people who like books about finding things you don’t know if they are there, and people sticking up for each other.
I like this book I recommend it to 9- 12 year olds
