Yes, it's a manga, what of it? This is definitely a 'comfort read', a beautiful slow-told story with fairy tale vibes. Yet it owes little to 'Snow White' and helpless damsels in distress - this is about Shirayuki, an independent young woman determined to forge her own way in the world as a herbalist, and a prince learning to take his responsibilities seriously. Beautifully drawn with loveable characters (and enough drama to sometimes put you on the edge of your seat), stepping into every book in this series is like a warm hug.
