I would recommend this book to people who like happy endings.I really likes the fact that they were poor but had love for one an other even though there were ups and downs on the way.
my favourite character is marmee because she is very nice and calms people. i learnt about that gifts are not important in Christmas it’s the love that you share to people.
The story was fiction and I like Beth the best as she only wishes happiness among her family members before her passing and I would only recommend this book to older children.
I kinda like this book cuz it was also written by geronimo stiltion
I would recommend it to my sister
Little Women is a beautiful inspiring book that can warm the hearts of all readers. It teaches everyone to love their family and always keep it in their hearts. The March sisters have truly influenced and enlightened my understanding of life. They all went through hard times, their father got sick during the war, they faced a death of one of their sisters but they always stayed strong, fighting to treasure the good memories, weddings, dear friends, Christmases, love and family. Joe has truly given me the courage to stand up and follow her acts of kindness, she is always ready to help her family even if it includes giving away her own hair. With her exceptional talent for writing she helped her family with financial problems by selling her wonderful books. I truly hope more people will read and experience this family adventurer of a lifetime.
I really enjoyed little women, it is a strongly worded book about four young women, Meg, Jo, Beth and Amy. It wasn't my favourite story, there was a lot of romance, and I'm not really into books like that. I would recommend this book to children aged 9 and over. My favourite character is Beth.
I liked this book because it had four extremely different personality’s, one for everyone to relate to. My personal favourite was Jo, but Beth is also lovely.
There were also lots of tips on how to be good, which were annoying sometimes, but the ones which actually did me good, like Jo’s talk with Marmee about her temper helped me think over my actions.
I would recommend this book to any girl with siblings aged around 9-16.
This book is a classic and I am in love with it!
It took a while for my brain to read some of the old fashioned words, and it started to lose interest in the middle as I was worried it was going to have a sad ending (which it did!) but I'm really glad I persevered as it also had a happy ending.
I loved the way that there wasn't a main, main plot but instead it was more about the sister's lives. And it really made me think about how life would be back then. I would definitely recommend this to readers like me who enjoy reading historical fiction. it would have been fiction.
My childhood read and the first book I read where I couldn't put it down. Beautifully written and is very upbeat and positive. It stars strong women and thrive in the end.
Good book with some difficult words
This book has many different aspects, just like its characters. The main one, is that all the sisters love each other, no matter how different their personalities may be. However, the book seemed to drag slightly, especially in areas where love blossomed. Nevertheless, this book has a sparkle that will attract readers like bees to a flower. I would recommend it to anyone in search of a good classic.
An amazing book my favourite characters were Beth and Jo because Beth was caring and thoughtful and Jo was sporty and friendly.
Was OK
Very Good
I thought the book was interesting, and I felt the story line as like Cinderella, it was a fiction book and found it good to read. I liked Meg in the story because she was the main character in the story. It was about one of her sisters blaming her for something she did so she could get everyone against Meg, but in the end she found true love and finished off with having a lovely Christmas dinner.
I think that this book is amazing. My favourite character is Jo since we both like reading. I also want to be an author like her. I would definitely recommend this.
I extremely enjoyed Little Women! I totally reccommend it. Out of the four sisters, my favourite is Amy because she is funny, quite silly and good at art .
A lot of new language in this book..the story didn’t end as I wanted it to, but pleased Jo didn’t die
this classic novel by Louisa-May- Alcott was very good.the story about three sisters and their father in the war resembles many other families in the same situation in the olden times during wars . it was about their daily life and how to face the sorrows in life like when you loose someone. i highly recommend this book to people who like non fiction and historey as this book includes that
It was REALLY Good I really like Jo March the best
I would love to be jo in this book because she is so adventurous and kind. I would recommend this book to anyone who can understand old fashioned language.
I loved how the sisters cared for each other and their father returned home at last.
Very good, read it for the second time.
This book shows the courage of the 4 sisters. They are always loyal to each other, and will always stick together no matter what. I would recommend this book for people age 12-15
I really enjoyed Little Women, which is about the life of the March family. My favourite character was Jo because she was strong-willed and an author. My favourite part was when the sisters created the Pickworth Club. There pen names really suited them! I would recommend it to anyone who enjoys reading about realistic, familial stories.
I love classics and have read this several times.I feel like I am in the girls world and it is great! It tells us everything that they do and they are like real people
This book was a bit too saintly for me but I liked learning about the Victorianish life
My favourite character is Beth because she always thought of other people before herself and she was a kind and caring person.
I would definitely recommend this book!
