The adventure begins for brave little Shylo, and his Royal Rabbit friends in this charming series from bestselling authors Santa Montefiore and Simon Sebag Montefiore and illustrator Kate Hindley, that proves even the smallest rabbit can be the biggest hero.
Life is an adventure. Anything in the world is possible – by will and by luck, with a moist carrot, a wet noise and a slice of mad courage!
Shylo has always been the runt of the litter, the weakest and quietest of all of his family. His siblings spend their days making fun of him for not being like the rest of them. But when Shylo stumbles across a band of ratzis and overhears their evil plan to take a photo of the Queen in her nightie, it’s up to this unlikely hero to travel to London and inform the Royal Rabbits of London about the diabolical plot!
The Royal Rabbits have a proud history of protecting the royal family and now the secret society need to leap into action to stop the ratzis… But can a rabbit as feeble and shy as Shylo convince them that Queen is in danger? TweetReviews
When you read this book life becomes an adventure around you. It is imaginative, funny and sweet. So, the royal rabbits may all be strong but that does not mean one little rabbit can not make a little difference that just casually saves the royal family.
Bite your nails off and sit at the edge of your seat because that is what you will be doing because it so excitingly exciting.
I would recommend this book to adventure lovers. Trust me you have to read this.

I loved this book, I Couldn't put it down it was an exciting book about a rabbit who joined as army in Buckingham Palace and fought rats called the ratziz. I would definitely recommend this book as I really enjoyed it. I like adventure stories like this and I think I will read the rest of the series soon. I also really like the idea that rabbits live under Buckingham Palace and that they will protect the Royal Family at all costs.

I loved this book so much. I liked Shylo so much because he was clever and really really brave. I would recommend this book if you like adventure stories.
A great book for those children in year 2/3 who are looking for a chapter book to read independently. There were some exciting moments but it didn’t grip me- it wasn’t a book that I couldn’t put down. The main character is a young rabbit who is looking for adventure and is keen to prove himself to his older siblings- you want him to succeed in his quest.
This book is about a rabbit getting braver as the book goes on a risky adventure story.
thus is my second time reading this. I love the Royal rabbits of London. They are so good!
