Revolting Rhymes

Very funny twist on classic tales. Just as hilarious now as it was when I was little

I loved this book! I liked that Red Riding Hood was included twice. I thought that the way that all the traditional fairy tales and nursery rhymes were completely changed was brilliant and it inspired me to write a few of my own revolting rhymes too!

I have seen this book as 2 tv animations and I wanted to read the book. I like the short stories based on fairy tales and how they are a bit nasty and revolting in parts . I read this book with my mummy and I stood up and read out loud to really hear how the rhyming tells the story
I also like the pictures

My favourite character was Cinderella because it was really funny and is different to the original Cinderella story and all the stories rhyme.

If you like naughty people then I can recommend this to you

It’s not very nice. Change the nice parts about people stories. I like Snow White the best I was just curious about what it said and what would it mean? I wouldn’t want to recommend this book

A bit weird but funny.

I Liked the rhyme of red riding hood the best because she was tough and brave and the story was very unexpected and hilarious.

Good and revolting

It was funny when Little Miss Riding Hood shot the pig and made the pigskin into a case. It is a very funny book.

These were very funny and clever. I really enjoyed all of the rhymes but my favourite was The 3 Little Pigs.

I like this book because is was the same thing as the fiary tail but Roald Dahl made it very funny.

I read it because it was on my school's reading list. I do not think I will read it again.
