I love personal development and motivational books and this was an amazing read. I like Hal's style as it gives me great positive energy and motivation. The books describes 6 activities, called Life SAVERS (silence -meditation, affirmations, visualisation, exercises, reading and scribing - writing) which ideally should be done in the morning. I don't consider myself an early bird and I must confess getting up an hour earlier was a bit painful but after just a couple of weeks I already see the results and changes in the way I feel. So it's definitely worth a try. Life changing book. Very inspiring. I highly recommend it.

I love personal development and motivational books and this was an amazing read. Life changing book. I like Hal's style as it gives me great positive energy and motivation. Although, I don't consider myself as an early bird, I gave 6 Life 'SAVERS' a go and after a couple of weeks I already see a change in the way I feel (more energetic, relaxed and calm). I have never practised affirmations or visualization before but I now find working with them quite exciting. Forming new habits is always challenging but this book has been a great help. Very inspiring. I highly recommend it.
