Good
This book goes through time from her 13th birthday in the dragon age to a 2015 marriage equality protest in Washington. Rather than daily accounts they are an explanation of how she got her goose, and therefore her name, followed by encounters with key people and events in human history. At first it is set in the Fairy Kingdom until the Fairy Godmother finds a portal into our world, then characters go through to tell nursery rhymes and stories to improve the lives of humans.
Mother Goose likes a drink and is at times opinionated, e.g. she describes Napoleon as ‘He had a face only a mother could love’. Because of this I would probably only recommend it to Y5 and up.
I love how in other Chris Colfer books Mother Goose is a daring elderly woman but in her diaries even though she still is daring you can see her soft spot and her hundreds of adventures
it was interesting it explaned alot of the backing story, thats all.
this book is entertaining!
Very short story that makes you think again about the famous historical people: they are not just images in school books but people with lives that can be altered to become funnier
Hilarious
Great book
