Sugarlump and the Unicorn, the sixth title from this #1 bestselling, chart-busting team is bursting with Julia Donaldson’s rhythmic, lyrical verse and Lydia Monks’s bright, beautiful illustrations. There’s glitter on every page too!

Liked this book
I wanted to read this book because I like the unicorn. My favourite bit of the book was when the unicorn made the rocking horse into a fairground horse so that children could ride on it all the time.
Sugarlump is the name of rocker hose..it always changed his wish.. unicorn granted all the wishes... glitter pictures of the book too good..thank you
The horse was a tpy horse and then sugarlump then turned him into a real horse until he was too tired.
Another lovely Julia Donaldson book, this was about Sugarlump and how she wants to do more with her life. She joins the circus, goes to school, goes to the beach, joins the races and finally becomes a rocking horse for a family with young children. The mermaid is my favourite character and it's the same mermaid from What the Ladybird heard series.
I love the Unicorn because she helps people by granting wishes.

My favourite part is the snow white unicorn.
This lovely fictional story about a rocking horse and the wishes he made, and shows how to make wishes carefully. And a kindly unicorn who grants the wishes and in the end helps him find his perfect wish . If you look carefully you might see some old friends from other stories. My favourite ladybird, also a lovely mermaid and her circus friends. If you enjoy Julia Donaldson stories then here is another you love and I recommend this fun story.
