The atmosphere created in the early chapters of the book was off-putting to me: lots of negative vibes and far too many adjectives! However, the story itself became increasingly engaging, with a tense and unexpected ending. The characters became more believable and did invite empathy as the story progressed.
This book was recommended to me most enthusiastically by a child of nine or ten.
super cool
I think you should read this book because it is full of mystery and magic . It is as though you are standing in the book watching the events unfold. Ever page is smothered in adventure and wonder. It is such a vivid and real book definitely read the whole series.
Magic and mystery book with a lot of fairies thrown in.
This is an amazing book for people who like action and fantasy like me. I love all the books in this series.
Amazing book, very unpredictable with twist on every page. It was very scary which I haven't felt as much with any other book I've read. It was a bit sad at the end, but I guess that was the book. AMAZING BOOK!!! (deffinatly 5*)
