It was a great, short story. It had enough action and heart. I think it's a great way to get children into reading especially those who like adventure stories.

I love the Beast Quests book. This is fun and scary. Tom is the best character. He is brave and tries hard. The water bits are scary as you don't know where the beast is.
Tom is my favourite character. He has a sword and a shield.

The part when Tom held his breath so long it hurt, it took a lot of resilience.

This is a fiction book about a boy called Tom who frees monsters. I liked it because Tom freed Sepron and because he breathed underwater for 50 seconds. I would have given it 5 stars if Tom had gone in the water for 2 minutes. I would recommend this book to people who like castles and monsters and knights.
I like the pictures showing the action
I liked this book a lot because it was exciting and full of action. Tom is very brave, and I liked how he went underwater to fight the sea serpent. Sepron was big and scary! It was fun and easy to read. I want to read the next book
