The Tempest is a comedy that was written by William Shakespeare. The action centers around a sorcerer named Prospero, who is the rightful Duke of Milan, as he plans to restore his daughter’s place in society through manipulation. Though The Tempest was listed as a comedy in Shakespeare’s First Folio it is now often considered to be a tragicomedy. William Shakespeare, the Bard of Avon, is known for his many sonnets and plays that have stood the test of time. Shakespeare was born in Stratford-upon-Avon. He married at a young age and had three children. At age 21, Shakespeare began to have success in his business venture, an acting company known as the King’s Men. He also began writing at this time and would ultimately complete many of the most famous works in all of literature. Shakespeare’s plays were well-loved from the beginning and even today his popularity remains unparalleled. The cause of Shakespeare’s death is unknown, but he is honored today in Westminster Abbey in the Poet’s Corner. Also available as part of a 20 book set, including Romeo and Juliet, Hamlet, The Tragedy of Macbeth, A Midsummer Night’s Dream, A Winter’s Tale, The Taming of the Shrew, The Tempest, Twelfth Night, Timon of Athens, The Two Gentlemen of Verona, The Merchant of Venice, Othello, Much Ado About Nothing, King Lear, Julius Caesar, Cymbeline, The Comedy of Errors, As You Like It, Anthony and Cleopatra and All’s Well That Ends Well.

I love The Tempest because it takes the reader on an adventure, full of fantasy and yet carries a deep emotional message of forgiveness. I love how Prospero chose forgiveness over revenge. I would recommend this book to young readers seeking fantasy and adventure stories with a theme of forgiveness and family.
It was stormy
goodone
I liked when the wolves came out of the witch’s den.
It was a good introduction to Shakespeare. I liked the magic that prospero made.
loved the story and the different characters. the fairy was my favourite!
I'd give it 10! The ending is the best
The fiction presentation about the book has a little bit of poetry. My favorite character was Caliban, he was a servant to the Wizard. I like his character because always saw the opposite of what he was. I would say he loved to think positively..he wa funny and I remember particularly where he said "Master, I wasn't born to be a servant" when in actual stance he was! I would recommend to be read by all
It is a good stormy book. With a girl named Miranda and her father Pospero .One of the poems Miranda said was
O i have suffered with those that i saw suffer A brave vessel who had no doubt some noble creatures.
it's hard to understand but worth a try.
I really love this book and all of it magic creatures. Shakespeare is a really good writer.
I think the wizard was kind-of evil.
It was quite long but it was a good story.
Really really loved Ferdinand

This is about a old man and his daughter living on this island and I would recommend this book to everyone because it is so interesting and funny!
Good
I didn't think this was a good book. It was very boring and I didn't understand what was going on. It was strange because with the first 45 pages nothing really happened and then they tried to cram all the action into the last few pages.
I didn't enjoy this book, the story wasn't very exciting and it was confusing at the start.
It's OK
I liked all the enchantments
