I like this book as it shows that kindness is always the way and more expensive does not mean better, as long as you are happy that is what counts!

I like this because he gets some giant clothes from a tiny shop. The dog is my favourite character

I enjoyed reading this book to year 1 children. The theme of kindness really shines through. The illustrations are fun, and full of charm. I felt happy and hopeful after reading the story. This book is suitable for children aged 3-7 years.

I like reading this book because George is so sweet, he gave everything to his neighbours and friends like his shoe, his tie, his sock and his t shirt. He just so kind to everybody

I liked the rhymes in this book. He bought new clothes but took them off and gave them to lots of animals to help them. He gave the goat his shirt because the goat had lost his sail.
