A classic story about the Grinch who hates Christmas, either because his heart is too sizes too small or his shoes are too small, nobody knows for sure. The rhythm and rhyme in Dr Seuss’ books is always a joy and I recently read that the Grinch is based on Dr Seuss who wrote the book to make himself feel more Christmassy!

its so funny because the grinch is so funny and the way he talks he also takes presents which is not nice but soo funny
The grinch is sad and mad but he loves his dog max very much. This sounds like a sad Christmas story but it’s not
I loved this book because it rhymed and made it fun and easy to read. My favourite character is Cindy-Lou as she is kind to everyone, even the mean Grinch.
This is an easy book to read and it is written like a poem. I liked the fact that even though the Grinch stole all their presents the people in Who-villed were still happy singing Christmas songs.

I like it how he recked the town he felt lonely then returned the sheriff then they invited him to dinner then they became friends .
I like the character of Max the best as he is so cute.
