Percy Jackson and the Lightning Thief (Book 1)

Very terrifying

I loved how there was a new word "Half-blooded" the first page made me feel goosebumps already but that did not stop me from reading!

It was really funny and it was like going into a different word plus the chapter names were really funny like ‘ I acidently vaperrise my pre alddbre teacher .’

This was such an amazing book. The character development is great and all the twists are so good. Definitely worth a read.

I really liked the book because there was a big twist in the end. My favorite character was Grover because he is very brave and a very good friend to Percy. I recommend this book to all kids who love fiction adventure books .

I liked Annabeth the most because she is very logical and smart but also kind and fun

I just love stuff like magic and myth, and this is one of them.

My favourite character was Annabeth because she is ambitious and brave. This book is fiction. I loved how all the Greek methology came to life and the adventures. I would 100% recommend this book I am addicted!

This book had so many twists and turns

When I first saw this book, I thought it wasn't going to be so good as everyone says. But I was soo wrong. This series is as good as Harry Potter. The way the author writes is informative, funny and descriptive. The person I liked best was Percy and also Annabeth. I will recommend this book to people who like fantasy, Greek myths and adventure.

The brilliant opening to the Percy Jackson series. One of the best books I have ever read. Great cliff-hangers. Great continued sense of mystery. I can't wait to read the next books and the series and there is no way I can give this any less than a five star rating!

GREAT BOOK!

I love it. Annabeth is my favourite character as she is smart, brave and loyal. The way Percy realises that he is a half blood makes an excellent story. The friendships, adventures and the mythology are incredible.

Loved how exciting this was. It was quite nerve racking

I liked the adventures in this book and I enjoyed all the mythical creatures. I had seen the movie and enjoyed that but thought the book was a lot better.

Percy Jackson is an amazing set of books. I thoroughly enjoyed reading the first set of books and carried on to the next book. I like it because it is filled with adventure, mystery and discovery. When I read it, I couldn't wait for the next book. I also really like the character Annabell.

I love this book! I love the character Anabeth as she is the child of Athena. Anabeth is nice to Percy. It’s an exciting, action packed and fun book which I highly recommend.
