This is the first book in the series. It had been recommended to me by lots of friends because I loved Harry Potter. I really enjoyed this book because it is all about Greek Gods and I am looking forward to reading the next one!

i really enjoyed how percy and annabeth works out the true thief. i didnt like the way Zeus treats percy and wants to blast him to a million pieces. Overall, i was trilled by how rick riordan blended greek myths and fictional characters together.

My favourite part was when Percy Jackson returned the lighting bolt back to Zeus and gave a fury Hades helmet to return.I didn’t like how Luke betrayed him.

I liked this book about Percy and his friends as it was captivating. Once I started reading, it was difficult to put down. This book centres around Percy, Grover and Annabeth who are on a quest to find out who has stolen the Master Bolt from Zeus and the Helmet of Dark was from Hades. I enjoyed this book and hopefully others who enjoy greek mythology will like it too.

It was very inspiring because it telling us the 12 year old percy jackson and annabeth chase retrieved zues stolen lightning bolt and hades helmet of darkness .

I really like the big link with the Greek gods and how magical it feels when you’re reading it.

I really enjoyed this book because it has lots of greek mythology and gods from ancient times. The main character Percy discovers be is half human/half god and ends up joining camp half-blood with his friend Grover by escaping from a Minotaur. The book is full of adventures which was exciting to read. I would recommend this book to others interested in greek mythology.

Very terrifying

I loved how there was a new word "Half-blooded" the first page made me feel goosebumps already but that did not stop me from reading!

It was really funny and it was like going into a different word plus the chapter names were really funny like ‘ I acidently vaperrise my pre alddbre teacher .’

This was such an amazing book. The character development is great and all the twists are so good. Definitely worth a read.
