The Worst Thing About My Sister

The Worst Thing About My Sister is one of my favourite books. It is about two sisters called Marty and Mellissa. Marty and Mellissa are very different. Marty likes playing with her animals and drawing pretend superheroes, like Mighty Mart, a character that Marty made up. Mellissa likes make-up and nail varnish. One morning Marty's family were eating breakfast in Marty's room and Marty's mum said they were going to change Marty's room into a sewing room for Marty's mum when she is making dresses. Marty and Mellissa have to share a room. One day Marty and Mellissa are fighting in their room. Mellissa climbed up the ladder on the bunk bed and she fell and hit her head. She had to go to hospital but the next day she came home.

I thought it was a really good book,
I liked it at the end when Marty and Melisa because really close.
I would recommend other people to read this.

This book was very relatable since me and my siblings do fight quite a lot but I still love them

The sister had an accident so it helped her realise how much she cared for her.

It was very interesting and funny . I really enjoyed it and my favourite character was Marty . I would recommend this book to my friend

The Worst Thing About My Sister was a really good book written by Jacqueline Wilson and illustrated by Nick Sharratt. My favourite character was Melissa because she's kind of like me.

This book is amazing. Marty and her sister disagree a lot. This book should be recommend to someone who has arguments with someone else a lot.

In this book, I really liked Marty because she is cheeky, mischievous and a girl that would make a good friend. My favourite part was when Marty threw eggs at Katie, Ingrid and Alisha but she got into a lot of trouble. Though Marty and Melissa argue all the time, they act nicely to each other in the end.

I think this was a really good book. Marty (Martina) was my favourite person and I would recomend this book!

There are 2 sisters that hate each over called Melissa and martina.one day Alisha came over to get her dress for her party.her mum makes the dresses when ever Martina tried it on she wriggled and screamed.one day Martina was invited to Alisha’s party.she did not like Alisha because she would always stick up for Katie and Ingrid they were her worst enemy.they called her this name called bluebottle because she weared a blue dress at Alisha’s party. One day Martina was allowed to invite Jayden over to her house. mellisa liked Jayden so she played with her. One day Melissa hid Martina animal toys so she broke ba ba . Ba ba was Melissa doll Melissa saw and tried to get up but Martina pushed her on the ground. Then the bunk bed fell on her. Dad quickly rang the hospital and Melissa was took there. When Melissa came back Martina and Melissa came back to the best sisters in the world. The end!
It was fiction and my favourite person was Martina because she has a wonderful imagination.I recommend it to some one that loves sisters and the author.

My favourite character was Marty because she was funny and I liked the way she acted around her sister and how she reacted when her room was turned into their mums dress making studio.

I would recommend this book to everyone because it is funny and it has what a brother and sister and sister and sis would probably do.

I thought it was a good book.But they could of added a bit more to it. I liked marty best.yes.

The sisters are so different: one messy and one pink.

I thought it was really cool. Tomboy Marty is a bit like me, except I'm the oldest. It was quite funny as it sort of reflects what me and my sisters do. we're very different. I would definately recommend it.

This book is about a girl called Marty. She has a sister she cannot bare called Melissa. They fight and fight but at the end Marty accidently pushes the ladder of the bunk bed and Melissa comes falling down. Luckily she's not that hurt.
It is a fiction book and my favourite character is Marty.
I would recommend this book to anyone who like fiction novels.

Marty is very different to her sister and although they can just about bear to be in the same room, when something happens, they realise how much they mean to each other.

I definitely think that everyone with a sister can relate to this! This book is full of sibling problems-fights, arguments and more. But could they learn to get along? When they’re mum has to work longer and in Marty’s bedroom they soon learn to get along- like all siblings should! I love Marty as she isn’t afraid to be unique and I’d definitely recommend this book to others.

Marty and Melissa are sisters. Melissa is 2 years older than Marty but Marty is a better fighter than Melissa. I liked how they ALWAYS had arguments. They are both my favourite characters.
