I liked this one
It was a great book to read
I really enjoyed this book and it was fiction and I didn't have a favourite character and I would recommend it to everyone .
I really liked April because she was brave enough to explore her difficult past. I also enjoyed that Tanya from Bad Girls was in it
April knows she was abandoned in a rubbish bin as a newborn baby, fourteen years ago. Now she's happily settled with her foster mother, Marion - but there's a part of April that's desperate to know where she really came from, and who she really is. If only she could remember her real mother - or even find her . . .
For older readers
I think this was good because it's a mixture of sad and happy thoughts.
lovely
I thought Dustbin Baby was a very good book. I love Jacqueline Wilson books and Nick Sharratt's illustrations. April, the girl who narrates, tells a very moving story about her trying to find her real mum. It is told in the first person which I like the style of. April (when she is a baby) is thrown in a dustbin by her mother and in the end she finds the boy who first discovered her. I give it **** stars.
why i love dustion baby is because it is a jascion wilson book and i love babys and i love reading jasion books and thats why i love this book and i think my chosin tia might love this book
I love the story it shows some real life experiences and my favourite character was April also know as the dustbin baby because she believes she can find her parents again. I would recommend this to older readers because it is more serious.
I found the book very interesting because April explains her whole life from when she was dumped in a dustbin to meeting Frankie who found her.
Definitely 10+ because of some of the language in it. A very emotional and heart-moving story that feels you with deep sorrow.
It was a really good book and I personally enjoyed it because Wilson is one of my favourite authors
It was a good book
I loved this book
5 stars amazing!
My favourite character is April. My favourite part is when she finds the person who found her in the dustbin.
In this story Jacqueline gave me a little bit TOO much detail and it wasn’t really my thing.I also go5 confused between the past and what was happening now.It takes place all in one day with plenty of memories.April misses school on her birthday to find her true mother.I know this sounds strange but as soon as April was born she was shoved in the dustbin. She lived in lots of places but the person she is living with is a lady called Marion and she is about the age of retiring.I don't recommend this.
i didn't like this book because it was too sad. nickname April showers that was better than April fools
I'm really sad how she was abandoned. I don't think anyone deserves to be abandoned, whatever the situation. Of course, the main character is my favourite (the dustbin baby). I woud not recommend this
I thought that this book was a strange one to read because what mother would put their child in the bin and a huge thank you to the guy who saved April. This book is fictional and the person I liked the most was Pat because she helped her when she was only a baby. Also because she was there at the house when April went to look for her to jog her memory. I would recommend this book if you like adventures.
It wasn’t that bad and I really recommend this book to others.
My favourite character was April because of her personality.
I have read this book lots.
I liked this book (dustbin baby) because it’s by Jacqueline Wilson and she often tells good stories and I also liked how it’s the story of a character’s life.
good after reading a few chapters
The book was about the girl, who was thrown in to a dustbin by her mum when she was born and had lots of foster mums. She’s called April and she is 14 years old and her friend is Gina. The book was sad and dramatic but ends up all well. April was very sad but she finds the first person that took care of her and he was called Frankie. The book is about real problems and I will recommend it.
it was fun seeing life by a different way expeciallty by someone who doesnt know her birth mother
Great book, my favourite character was April, because she was one of the kindest people in the book
I loved this book and I will deffo be reading it again soon.
I liked everyone.
I would deffo recommend it to someone else
