I read this to my little sister. We look at the picture together
Children’s fiction; easy story for ages 1:-4 however a sad storyline with neglectful parenting
One of the best books ever!
I liked the monster when ate Bernard. The parents ignored Bernard which was not very nice he might have felt sad.
I liked it when his parents kept saying 'bot now Bernard' and sometimes it wasn't him, it was a monster.
It was a bit scary when the monster eat Bernard
I liked it because the monster eat up Bernard
It was sad when the monster ate Bernard. And when the parents didn’t notice that he was a monster!
I thought this book was dad but kindve funny. The bit where the monster was in bed and said "but I'm a monster!" Was funny.
I liked the pictures in the book
This is a good book because you can spot a monster. On the book cover, the monster stands on top of a hill. In the book, you will surprise that the monster eats all of Bernard's dinner. But, I do like about the monster also eats Bernard.

It was a good book. It was very easy. It was funny when the monster came into the house because monsters aren't real.
