It’s weird how he eats books!
I love it, I love it, I love it. My name is Henry too and I really liked this book.
It contains the message that you should understand the content of the book while reading the book, not just looking at it with your eyes.
The last page is very funny
I want to eat books so I can get smart
This book makes me laugh when he says 2+6= elephant.
This book made me laugh because all the words got jumbled up from eating too much. Reading is much better than eating books.
The book was alright. Good illustrations.
Henry is a funny character in these book. I would recommend it to adults because one page is all about eating broccoli
This is a very good book to discuss with children on how we can share knowledge, interests and get smarter by books without eating them! It’s entertaining and a fun book for children to read to find Henry’s journey with eating books and how he gave up on eating them and instead grew a love for reading books.
I like this book because it is funny when he eats the books.
I like that his name is Henry because that is my brother's name.
It's really funny when he comes out with nonsense...6x3=elephant.
It's a good ending because he still gets knowledge but by reading properly
Henry was my favorite character
I would recommend this book to someone else

I thought it was really funny and liked how it had a bite out of the last pages
I really enjoyed this book as it was really funny. The boy who ate all the book was a really funny character. My favourite part was when he ate so many books his belly grew quite big. I would recommend this book to my friends at school.
It was silly because there was a boy that was eating books to get smarter when he could've just read them. My favourite part was when he was reading books and eating broccoli because I like broccoli!
every single bit was good
I liked it when Henry started reading the books.
The was recommended to me. The art work is amazing and even the bite out of the book at the back helps bring the character to life. There is always something new to spot in the illustrations every time it is read.

A good read.
I liked it when the boy started eating books.
I had to review some Oliver Jeffers books for a school project. This one was brilliant. The boy got clever reading books but then he read too many and lost his cleverness so he ate vegetables.
It was so great because it was funnier that monster school
He ate the book on the back page. It is fiction. Th3 book eating boy is my favourite.
I would recommend this book because he eats books to get more intelligent. It was funny as he ate too many books and was getting muddled up.
