My favourite character is Max. He is a hero in the book because he helps everyone. The book is exciting and I would definitely recommend this book.

I liked max the most because he found out how humans cross the road and it was very interesting.

I gave a 5 because the hedge hogs are always trying to find a way to do it and in the end they do it with some help. Max the hedge hog is my favourite. I would recommend it to everyone.

I enjoyed this book because the hedgehog’s mixed up sentences made me laugh. I would recommend it to 5-9 year olds.

It is about a brave and stubborn hedgehog.He tries to cross the road safely so his family dont get run over by a car. His name is Max and even when he gets in accident he still doesnt give up with crossing the road.

This book is about Max, the hedgehog who becomes a hodgeheg, a hero! His family want to cross the road safely and he is clever so solves the problem. The book made me feel sad because hedgehogs were dying crossing the road but happy at the end. I would recommend this book to readers who like animal and family stories, like me.
