The Story of Pegasus

I enjoyed reading about the story of Pegasus and Bellerophon.

Beautiful illustrations and nicely simplified myth retelling which is a good introduction to ancient Greek mythology.

I liked Pegasus because he could fly.
I recommend it because it is adventurous.

We liked Pegasus - once we’d completed the book we researched Chimeras and found out that Pegasus was born from Medusa’s body after she had had her head cut off!

I really enjoyed the book - I liked Pegasus.

I liked the book because show an heroic character. talked about a mythical animal.

Was a fiction book, my favorite character is Pegasus.

I liked Pegasus a magic horse

I though is a good book story showing bravery and courage but Bellerophon got himself into trouble with the gods who taught him a lesson. We should not be naughty

It was nice and easy to read .. I loved it when Athena gave the gold bridle to Bellerophon . The worst bit was when the Chimera was killed, it was too bloody.

I looked Bellerophon because he was the Jeep and he was brave. I also Athena because Ia friend called Athena. The story was exciting. I thought the pictures had nice colours. I would definitely recommend it to my friends.

I like reading about myths and legends

There was a visitor coming to the king and the visitors name is Bellerophon.

It was amazing because somebody killed the Chimera.

I really enjoy reading about myths and legends and enjoyed finding out the story of Pegasus. My cousin has a cat called Pegasus so it was good to see where the name came from.

The horse was beautiful and Bellerophon shouldn't have bragged. I learnt a lot.

A little bit confusing with the names and a little challenging to read.

Because he's so cool that he saved the whole world by killing the dangerous chimera.

Because it's really, really good! It has lots of difficult names though but don't let them put you off.
