It must have been difficult to choose which ten stories to include, but the big themes of conquest, democracy, devolution, slavery and racism are addressed through narrative, timelines, maps and illustrations. An ideal book for school children in Wales but also for young holiday makers who choose to visit the castles and museums of Wales.
