Good book to teach rhyming words and opportunities for new vocabulary.
This book is thoroughly entertaining. It explores rhyme in a fun and engaging way and encourages children to join in with the phrases. The illustrations are fun and also engaging. A great read and many of the children have the book at home. It also explores lots of new animals.

This book is funny! My favourite part was “Gophers sit on sofas!”
Was very funny and rhyming I think my favourite part was a lion sitting on irons and splinter in bottom bit

It is funny! Especially the splinter in the bottom bit
I liked where he couldn't sit on anything else so he had to sit and get loads of splinters and at the end he got sat on by a dog.

Funny - rhyming
It was good. I like most of it, and I like when the cat tells the frog what everything sits on.
I like that it rhymes. At the end he asks a very silly question, a bit fun. Recommended. 3 stars
