It had amazing magical creatures that I had never heard of before.
The nothing to see here hotel is about a boy called Frankie Banister and his parents who run the hotel. Weird is normal for them! When they find a goblin messenger out side, they realise that Grogbah, Prince of all the Barrow Trolls is coming to visit the hotel and they find that Prince Grogbah is running away because he has broken a law...
This is the funniest book I have read so far. I loved all the action in it and the hilarious characters!
I like frankie Banister as my favorite character
This book was amazing because of all of the twists and turns that happened and it is the first book I have read from start to finish because I liked it so much
I love how there's a twist in the story and how prince Gogbah kept a massive secret.my favourite character is Hoggit the dragon because I like how he saves the day. I would recommend this book to anyone who likes monsters and adventure and twist books.
Excited
When Groobah got eaten by the venus fly trap
It was a cool book to read.
My favourite part of this book is when prince grogbah comes and acts like a very lazy and bosses everyone around and tells them what to do and wear.
Sometimes this book was a bit silly
A fun and magical story.
I liked that Prince Grobah was captured by Frankie. The Molar Sisters were funny because they spoke in a funny way.
I liked the plot of the story.
This fantasy book was very unique. I love the idea of a hotel for all sorts of magical creatures. Very funny and adventurous.
Very funny and entertaining
Funny
Me and my mummy thought that it was funny that chapter one was called ‘Not all old ladies are nice’. This book was really funny, and one of my favourite parts was when Wailing Norris the ghost was told to shut up. I’d definitely recommend it to other people to read and want to read the other books in the series too.
It was very good.
While some appreciated its whimsical premise and quirky characters, it proved to be a little too silly for a boy-heavy Year 2 class. While it may still entertain those seeking a light and whimsical read, it may not fully engage readers looking for a more grounded and relatable story.
It was very good because it is interesting to read and how many events happened in the story. I liked Frankie banister she was the main character and she fought evil vines,Giant heads and a human with superpowers. It is a monster hotel with all sorts of monsters in it.
I liked it because it was very silly
The book was really funny
I am not a big fan of troll's stories but I still liked this book.
This book was very funny and I liked it.
Funny
This book is packed with comedy and I would really like to go to the nothing to see here hotel because as hectic as it is you've always have something new to discover and that's why I would recommend this book to most people around my age.
it was very creative and imaginative especially fun since reading is one of my ways of calming down
Based in a hidden from human eyes hotel on the Brighton seafront the Nothing to See Here Hotel is a book full of extraordinary characters trying to escape their ‘normal’ lives in this far from normal hotel. The hotel is kept hidden from unwelcome human guests through a mixture of magic, poor tripsdvisor reviews and various complaints from imaginary guests to the local press. I think my favourite has to be the spell on the front step that “if you even put one little toe… your nostrils would instantly be full of the strongest stink.”
With hotel guests including trolls, goblins, ogres, ghosts, dragons and mermaids the characters are a diverse, hilarious group, not to mention the family who run the place; a human mum, arrived to a half troll dad, their son Frankie who’s one thirty-sixth troll and Frankie’s very old great-great-great-granny Regurgita who calls herself the manager but hides away in bed in her tower! The book is laugh out loud funny from start to finish and is enhanced with fantastic illustrations by Steven Lenton throughout.
It was very interesting. The red Dragon pet was my favourite character
It's fantastic and really funny.
