Great👌😄
A classic! This story has been read by generations of children, and it is still relevant today. Covers people being judgemental, but shows how we can all learn from each other. Beautifully written.
It was mystirious
i liked it because it had so many plants in it
This is my other favourite book . Also I have a garden .
I like it because it is old-fashioned and interesting.
I loved how Mary changed through out and I would recommend it
Didn’t find it that interesting
magical mysteries
Strong start, but is too strong to develop with the characters
So good. I loved the effect on colin especially!
Nice
The story was very good, and I liked it a lot
Yes, it was very secret. It was much better than I thought it was going to be, but not the best book in the world.
Usborne Young Reading - Alan Marks
It was a bit short and the storyline was different to the movie. I don't remember the father not caring about his son.
In my opinion the story was very interesting and beautiful.
I loved the way the story flows and I
Would recommend it to everyone
It was full of mystery
It is mysterious and secret
So good and mystereous.
The secret garden was a very good story book
I liked Dickon the best because he likes nature like me. It can be heavy going when some of the characters talk in a Yorkshire accent. I would recommend it to anyone from 9+.
I would recommend it to 8 to 10
year olds because it has a secret
garden in it.
I liked it.
This was a good book. From page 232, I started to read quickly. It helped me a bit to understand more. I liked Ben Weatherstaff best. He was the most kind.
Mary was a 10 year old orphan. She was sent to her Uncle's Estate and finds a key to a secret garden. She was determined to be hateful at her new home but ends up making lots of friends and enjoying herself in the secret garden.
I picked this book from school library because I already saw this movie on TV before. I love this book. It is very imaginative and easy to read. I love the character of Mary. I also want to find a secret door in a garden. Strongly recommended.
It was not funny as other books. It’s fictional.
I like it because at the end, a boy named Colin found his Dad. I would recommend it to someone
It's really interesting and it has loads of emotions
