Colourful action-packed illustrations and a dynamite rhyming text reveal the many ways superheroes (and ordinary children, too) can resist the super-temptation to cause a scene when they’re sad, angry, frustrated, lonely, or afraid.

It was about superheroes that when they have a bad day did destruction but in the end they didn't actually do destruction. Instead they dug deep down into their heart and peacefully sat in the clouds. Thrasher was my favourite superhero.
Fantastic book that supports children with thinking about their emotions and how best to channel their red and blue feelings. They can relate to super characters, both male and female, which will really engage all pupils.
