I liked how it was pretty realistic about life for Katy. She was a interesting character. This book is great for people age 10+. I would recommend this book.
It was slightly scary but it was still a good book. I would recommend it for kids age 8 to 15.
Katy is the eldest of six and has always been the boss after her mum died. but after a terrible accident, Katy feels useless and miserable!
She works hard and finds a new self.
My absolute favourite!!!

Katy:By Jacqueline Wilson had a particular interest on wheelchair mobility and was a great influence about life-changing injuries.
4/5
She finds a way to fly high even when she is feeling low.
One of the worse Jaqueline Wilson books i think i have read. It was not my type of book you read on a Sunday afternoon that you can get engrossed in and feel like you are there with the characters. Sorry Jaqueline!
This is one of my all time favourite books.although it is very long,Jaqueline Wilson has included so much heart tugging moments and detail.
A realy good detailed book
I like Katy because she perseveres during her accident
Really liked this book. It was full of fun.
I think it was one of Jacqueline Wilson best books
About the oldest girlof a family who had a life changing fall
It was super good,it shows how you can recover from an injury that might’ve changed your life. It’s interesting how Katy’s life changes and how she recovered so well. Her opinions about her stepmom also change which I think is really good.
I think this book was very untresting and dramatic. I liked the way that throughout the story Katy's view point on being disabled changed. My favourite character was Helen as she was there for Katy in her time of need and she proved to Katy that disabled people could still do incredible things.
Really thought provoking. Asked my mum lots of questions. Really enjoyed it.
so good
Love it as it shows what a girl can do when she’s in a wheelchair
fantastic spin on the original 'what Katy did'.
I really enjoyed this book as it expresses the challenges you take on as you get older. It also shows even when you have a problem you can still over take it like the girl Katy overtook challenges in her wheelchair.
I loved this book! Jacqueline Wilson is one of my favourite authors.
I liked that Katy decided that she had to be brave even though her accident had changed her life.
I loved the character Katy. I learnt that you always have to listen to your parents .
It was brilliant, and I loved how katy was creative with her ideas even after her accident she was able to get back up.

This book is about a girl called Katy who has an accident and ends up in a wheelchair. It is a very tragic yet funny tale and I enjoyed finding out how Katy coped with being in a wheelchair and how other reacted to this.
I especially liked it at the end when it was Christmas and Katy said this was the best Christmas ever as everyone had been very kind to her.
I would recommend this book to people who have suffered with spinal injuries as this book will help them learn how to cope with their condition.
I would definitely recommend this book. It was very good. I liked that Katy was fun. I like all of the Jacqueline Wilson books that I have read.
My favourite character was Katy because she was the main character. I always love the main characters.
