Interesting
I liked toto the dog the best. Because he is clever hiding under the bed
It is a fictional book based on a little girl in Kansas who is taken far away from home by cyclone to the land of Oz. My favorite character is the witch of the south because she is very kind and generous. The great wizard is just a man with no powers.

I enjoyed Dorothy’s journey to Oz and how each one of her new friends was introduced. From the brainless scarecrow, and heartless tin man to the cowardly lion all of whom are in desperate need of becoming whole. Dorothy only must click her heels to return home to Kansas. But They all need each other to some degree. It’s not just Toto her beloved dog who relies on her now! It’s a story of trust friendship and sticking together in times of darkness. We see this with the presence of the wicked witch and her flying monkeys. We also see there is light at the end of the tunnel when Dorothy encounters the good witch Glenda ! It’s confirmation that good trumps over all evil in the end.
I really enjoyed reading the wizard of oz, it a magical read, it is very entertaining. My favourite character is Toto, Dorothy's loyal dog, that stays by her side throughout the story. My favourite part was when Dorothy and Toto got swept up by the cyclone and taken to oz. I would recommend this book to children aged 7 and over.
I liked when the witch of the west melted. Great story about friendship.
Dorothy lived in a farm. There was a storm. Her house landed over the witch and killed it. Dorothy took the witch's shoes. She went to find the Wizard of Oz. She met a scarecrow, a lion and a tin man. They went with her to find the Wizard of Oz. The Wizard said them to kill the witch of the west. They killed the witch of the west, and the Wizard said Dorothy that you don't need me because the shoes can take you back. Then Dorothy went back.
