I have read the Lincoln Lawyer and The Brass Verdict, but this is the first Harry Bosch book, I loved it and I can't wait to read more. I could not put it down, it just caught my imagination and I wanted more! Marina
I love Michael Connelly because of how he makes the character, Harry Bosch, use his experiences to make a complicated murder plot both understandable and interesting. You feel like you are the detective using all your contacts to solve the mystery. I enjoyed reading the book. Dave Jackson.
The Burning Room, Fast paced with a lot of twists and turns. The fact that two different murders are interwoven makes it more interesting. I did feel that there is a formula to the writing. I suppose that fans of the author will like that.
