The 26-Storey Treehouse is the second book in Andy Griffith’s and Terry Denton’s wacky treehouse adventures, where the laugh-out-loud story is told through a combination of text and fantastic comic book-style illustrations – perfect for fans of Dog Man and Bunny vs. Monkey.
‘The kind of book I would have loved as a kid’ – Tom Fletcher, author of The Christmasaurus
Andy and Terry have expanded their treehouse! There are now thirteen brand-new storeys, including a dodgem-car rink, a skate ramp, a mud-fighting arena, an antigravity chamber, an ice-cream parlour with seventy-eight flavours run by an ice-cream-serving robot called Edward Scooperhands, and the Maze of Doom – a maze so complicated that nobody who has gone in has ever come out again . . . Well, not yet anyway.
This time, the two friends have a whole week to finish their next book, and Andy even knows what it should be about: the story of how he and Terry first met. But life is NEVER boring in the treehouse, and emergency shark operations, giant storms, and wooden pirate heads are just the beginning . . .
Well, what are you waiting for? Come on up!
Climb more fun-filled levels by collecting all thirteen books in the seven million-copy-selling series – the perfect chapter books for reluctant readers.

I liked the book and finished it in one day, but I did not like the pirate captain Wooden head ! I was worried when Andy, Terry and Jill got captured by the ferocious Captain Wooden head!
I enjoyed the ending when Captain Wooden head was defeated!
I loved the character Terry because he was a little bit silly and always found a bright side.
I thought it was funny when Terry had LOADS of scoops of ice-cream. I enjoyed the bit when Gorgonzola's head went flying into space and landed on Captain wooden heads real head!
The book 26 story treehouse is the best book ever. It has amazing characters and stories. Its so much fun and unusual levels
I would recommend this book if you like pirates and funny things. But beware the pirate's are very naughty!
I love the treehouse series of books and have the boxes at home.

Just as fun as the others in the series
In this book Andy is explaining how Terry, Jill and him met, when suddenly the Pirate, Captain Woodenhead, who had captured them appeared.
This is a very good book to read, it was funny and exciting too.
I would love to read it again and would ask my friends to read it too.
26 Storey treehouse is funny Because it’s all about Captain Woodhead and he tries to blow up the treehouse my favourite character is Silky the canary.
I like it because it is action packed with fun
It was a good book
love this book like how gorgonzola bites back (literally) would recommend to others
I read this because I had read the book before and enjoyed it. My favourite part is where an elephant had boxing gloves on - it was really funny. Also they have The Maze of Doom which you can't enter otherwise you will die.
Very silly
It’s very funny and it’s good for fans of Diary of a wimpy kid.
I liked the sharks and pirate theme
This whole book was just a story, unlike the 13 Storey Treehouse. Captain Woodenhead gave me nightmares.
It was really funny and easy to read
This book was about Andy and Terry and their amazing tree house. In this book, you'll find a headless pirate called Wooden Head and his whole crew dies. Andy and Terry get lost in the maze and whilst in the maze they found the skeleton of their postman at a dead end. The 13 flying cats showed them the way out but just as they find their way out, Wooden Head comes behind them but just then a giant fish head came diving for Wooden Head, forcing him in the water where he was eaten by sharks.
I like the part when Captain Wooden head comes to the tree house and gets lost in the Maze of Doom
I love when Terry washed his underpants in his man-eating shark pool!
I loved the first 13 storeys book and l could not wait for other 13 storeys to be added. Some of the stories are mazed of doom and noboby has ever got out of it.
I loved this book because the words are very funny. I like it when the machine goes crazy and locked Terry and Andy in! It's an amazing book - everyone should read it.
I found the book funny especially when Captain Woodenhead’s head got knocked off and fell into the water and got eaten by a man eating shark. I would recommend.
This was a funny book. It was very interesting and I really liked the characters. I liked Terry and the narrator
