Slug Needs a Hug

My favourite character was the baby slug, I like it when the mummy and baby slug kiss at the end because they don't have any arms.

I would recommend this book to my friends.

Slug never got a hug from his mum so he thought to go around and ask all the animals what he could do to make his mum hug him so he put so many different things on him. But once he got back to him mum, she said he didn't need all of that for a hug because she loves him as he is

I absolutely loved this book! Rhyming is fantastic and the end of the story is very heart warming and turns a sad story into a happy one! Very cute and easy to read.

It’s adorable. People get together to help the slug. The mum doesn’t have any arms so she can’t hug, she can only kiss. This book is amazing.

Really funny story

It was a nice story because I loved them kissing instead of hugging because the mummy slug didn’t have any arms but she still loved the baby slug.

I thought it was funny, poor slug.
Slug tries to be like all the other animals and dresses up, he looks silly.
He wants a hug but slugs don’t have arms! His mummy kisses him.
I like the wings made from petals best.
I like the bird best, he makes the slug wear feathers and a beak!
I would tell my friends to read it, its funny.
