Great book for 11-14 year olds. My son loved it and now wants to read the series
like Zombie horror stories? No, definitely not me .... until now. I loved this book! I would definitely continue with the series. A mysterious virus has affected everyone over the age of 14. The lucky ones died but the unlucky ones turn into crazed zombies who want to feed on the children left behind. We follow the story from three different perspectives and I can't wait to find out what happens next ....
What a surprise! I would have said no to a futuristic book about a pandemic which only affects adults and leaves them in a zombie-like state. However this is so well written, from three different perspectives, I can see why so many students in my library want to read the series…
Well worth a read if you like Hunger Games and horror or dystopian fiction.
This book was a bit scary. It is about zombies taking over the world.
The Enemy was amazing, I thoroughly enjoyed this book. The plot is incredible and I can't wait to read the rest of the series. The characters were very well-developed and I found myself getting very attached to them. This book is aimed at boys but I prefer that type of book.
Great book you want to keep reading on. At some points it's quite sad but I don't want to give it all away it a 5 book collection / story you should definitely read it

Because its a good book especially if you like zombies and terrifying creatures.
I have read the Enemy, the Dead and have just finished the Fear. The story has developed and become more and more exciting. I can't wait to read the Sacrifice!
