Great read
It was a good work of fiction, but I didn't really understand parts of it.
i like arrietty :she is like me!
I thought it is very impressive book but needs more pictures.
The story begins with a happy moment's and in the middle part its explains about the struggle of small girl lives underground with her family. But it gives a happy ending.

This book is exciting but a little boring. The borrowers' adventure is also breathtaking. However, the story is too long for me. It took me many hours to finish it.
I think this book was amazing! It was really good! It was fiction. My favourite character is Arrietty, the little girl borrower. It interested me because it was written in the 1950’s. I would reccomend it to everyone who loves reading and fantasy.

The story is about a family of little people called Borrowers who are not meant to be seen my Human Beings (Human Beans to the Borrowers)! Until one day Arietti Goes out from under the floor boards and meet a boy, from then on they have fun together reading and playing until........ You will have to read the book to find that out!
I recommend this book to people aged 8+. If you read this book and enjoy it I also recommend the second book: Borrowers Afield! ENJOY READING!
I would say this book is more for older children which I would say is 7+
