Win, read and review Light Perpetual by Francis Spufford!

For Adults

Faber is delighted to offer reading groups the opportunity to read the Booker Prize longlisted novel from Francis Spufford, Light Perpetual.

About the book

The second novel from Francis Spufford following on from his Costa-winning bestseller, Golden Hill, Light Perpetual is a story of the everyday, the miraculous and the everlasting, following the lives of five individuals through the second half of the 20th century and all the changes that those years heralded. Picked as a book of the year for 2021 by The Times, the Guardian and the Evening Standard, and described by Richard Osman as ‘One of the best opening chapters and closing chapters you’ll ever read’, this is a perfect book for reading groups.
