“This was an enjoyable, feel-good book. The characters were believable and some of their problems were very relatable. The writing and the pacing were engaging. There is a good number of characters, giving plenty of opportunities to reflect upon how you would behave in the various situations that arise, without making the plot too diluted or confusing. It also touches on some important issues – for example, I really enjoyed the fact that the sub-plot focused on men’s mental health, as this topic is underdiscussed – I believe it could lead to some important discussions and awareness.”
