The second original, touching, twisted, and most of all hilarious novel for children from David Walliams, number one bestseller and fastest growing children’s author in the country – beautifully illustrated by Quentin Blake.
""Mr Stink stank. He also stunk. And if it was correct English to say he stinked, then he stinked as well…” It all starts when Chloe makes friends with Mr Stink, the local tramp. Yes, he smells a bit. But when it looks like he might be driven out of town, Chloe decides to hide him in the garden shed. Now Chloe’s got to make sure no one finds out her secret. And speaking of secrets, there just might be more to Mr Stink than meets the eye… or the nose. TweetReviews
it is very,very funny
The book was okay for me.
I think my friends and cousins will like this book. I will recommend the book to my friends and cousins. I give this book a 4 or of 5 because the book wasn’t so good. For me the begging part was a bit dull boring but, the middle and end part was a 100% much better. When I recommend this book to my friends and cousins I will tell them the begging is a bit dull and boring and I’m sure they’ll love this story too especially one of my cousin because she loves stories and stories by David Williams.
i love becaues he stinks
I love it
It is an interesting story and it is easy to read.
Stinky
I like how Mr Stink is drawn on the front cover and it’s funny how the Mum likes to do everything posh and perfect. I like how Mr Stink wears his glasses. It’s funny how Mr Stink doesn’t take baths, he has ponds, one every year.
This book teaches us about always helping others even if they are stinky
I liked this book because it tells you that even if you are homeless you still should be treated the same way.
Fiction
Happy ending
It is about a kind girl named Chloe who helped a tramp who was a lord. My favourite character in it is Elizabeth the cat it is just always somewhere she shouldn't be. I would recommend it to people who are 8-11.
I liked chole and Mr stink the best because they both were kind and helped each other. Yes I would recommend it to others.
I thought that Mr stink would be a tramp but he was a rich person and it was mean at first because the girls mum say that he smell and didn’t get a chance of being president. Because she deserved it.
it was really nice.. and its kind of like a life story of always treat others how you would like to be treated ..because it always has a way coming back .
Loved this book!
MR Stink lives is a tramp and smells but then one day MR Stink had been invited to chole's house.
I love how the girl stood for mr stink when times were tough
Good but not liked by me
I like Mr stink well im not sure that he is the main character but I still like him because he is very positive and funny and also very very stinky my favorite moment is when someone sticked a paper to her back with title LOSER and then Mr stink made her happy he is very positive I really like this book and I will definitely recommend this book!
This is a really good book. Loved reading it and couldn’t put it down
My favourite character is Chloe and she is so pretty. She is so sweet and kind to Mr Stink.
My favourite part is when Chloe gives Mr Stink a sausage.
My least favourite part is when Chloe’s stepmother shouted at her.
I would recommend this book to someone who doesn’t like showers.
Amazing funny . Incredibly spellbinding.
I didn't really like it because it was a bit boring
I just loved and still love this book. I really couldn't put it down. My favourite character in it is definitely Mr Stink because he is funny, friendly and he has a really exciting tale to tell at the end. Chloe, a plump little girl, talks to Mr Stink who is such a stinky tramp who lives on the streets. Can Chloe hide Mr Stink in her back shed?
I loved mr stink. Never judge a person before you get to know them.
It was a really thoughtful book and I absolutely love it. I would for sure recommend this book it is all the things you need in a book. It is funny, sad and almost a feel good book. I love Raj and the message to me in this book is that you don’t need to be pretty to have a kind heart. Thank you for reading my comment and I hoped you enjoyed that one
It was sooo interesting I didn't think that Mr stink was what he was his story was sooo interesting
I like this book because Chloe talked to a tramp and they went around town together. Also Chloe invites Mr Stink to live in their shed .Although mum doesn’t now and in the end the mum is finally nice to Mr. Stink
I liked it, I liked the characters
I would recommend this book as it was a really nice story. It was much better than the film and my favourite character was Mr Stink. I would give it 10/10 if I could.
