Revolting Rhymes

This book has six stories, and they are all ones I remember reading when I was a child. Because I already knew the stories, it was easier to read them in English.

So cool! Loved the Red Riding Hood Story best!

Didn't like the king chopping off people's heads.

In the 3 little pigs when little red riding hood came to save the pigs but she shot one. This was funny.

It is a very good book and I would recommend this book to Roald Dahl lovers.

This book has funny’s twists to stories we already know

I love the book especially the rhymes. It is amusing and entertaining. It is also very exciting and I could not wait to find out what happen next in each of the stories. I would recommend it to anyone who likes Roald Dahl and wants to read different version of some famous fairy-tales including Jack and the Beanstalk.

I laughed a lot listening to these stories I couldn’t believe how different they were to what I am used to hearing. I liked little red riding hood the best. Yes I would my friends will think it’s funny!

I thought it was realy funny and more gruesome than the other ones! I also thought the rhymes were funny and I liked how he changed the story. I perfer Roald Dahl's version and I liked Little Red Riding Hood the best. I would recommend it.

Very funny

The first time I watched the tv version I was scared when the wolf ate the pigs. I would recommend it to people who love bad endings

I liked the Snow White person and would recommend it to people who like and\or like rhymes.

I liked how it made fairy tales sometimes gory and I liked how it was rhyming. It was funny sometimes because some of the stories had people's heads cut off.

A classic. Just re read this book and it still made be smile and laugh out loud. Roald Dahl is the master of words and unexpected plot twists. It is hard to choose a favourite rhyme but it has to be Little Red Riding Hood because of the lines ‘The small girl smiles. One eyelid flickers. She whips a pistol from her knickers.’ And ‘ She said, “Hello, and do please note My lovely furry wolfskin coat.”’ Pure genius

I like how Roald Dahl has put a twist on the fables. My favourite was the three pigs best in my opinion.

This is a funny book. my favorite character was Jack. my favorite bit was when little red riding hood
pulled a gun from her knickers! tee hee hee! I would recommend it to people who like David
walliams.

It's loads of stories together and it is strange how Little Red Riding Hood saves the last pig!

Wow

This book is about fairy tales re written in rhymes with revolting endings. I like the part where cinderella sees her wicked sister get what she deserves from the Prince.
