Were Going on a Bear Hunt

I enjoyed We’re Going on a Bear Hunt because it is fun and has lots of repetition. I liked how the family goes through different places looking for the bear, and then things suddenly become a bit scary when they find it.

It made me think about going on an adventure and what I would do if I actually came across a bear. I would recommend it to young children, especially ages 3–7, because it is easy to join in with and the repeated phrases make it fun to read aloud.

There aren’t any major content warnings, although the bear might be a little scary for some younger children.

It was a sad book because the bear just wanted some friends.

I read this book to my baby sister and I love the sounds in the book .the sounds in the book also made my baby sister laugh and made her say Swiss swishy .

I like this book because it’s like a song and I get to explore with the people in the book.
