The Lost Puppy

I loved this book because it’s about a dachshund called Toby & I have a dachshund.

Poor Ruby, she thought she didn’t look after Toby properly, but she did. Anya thought Ruby blamed her for losing Toby , but Ruby didn’t. Hopefully,Toby won’t be lost again.

My favourite part of the story was the end, when the puppy got home again. The puppy was so happy

favourite character because he has been through so many adventures. I would recommend this book to

This was a very good book. It is a fictional book and I liked Ruby because she loved caring after her dog. I liked it but then the dog was lost and Ruby was so upset and I could imagine me feeling the same if my dog got lost.

It was about a little puppy who got lost

The book was about a girl called Ruby. On her birthday she got a puppy and named him Toby. One day they went to the woods and Toby got lost. Ruby was really worried because Toby was gone. Not long after that a man was jogging past Toby and he took him home to take care of him. Ruby and her dad went to the animal shelter but unfortunately her puppy wasn’t there. Before they went into the car there was a phone call and the lady said Toby is in the house nearby. They went to check if that’s Toby and luckily that was Ruby’s dog. This book is factual. I would recommend this book because I wanted to find out if Ruby will find Toby and I was waiting for a happy ending.

It was a good book but a bit babyish for me but I think it was me who picked a baby book. Apart from that it was a lovely book with lots of emotions being experienced by the dog as well as the girl like all Holly Webb books. Some. Holly Webb books are about cats instead.

Love it! This book was really great! My heart went out to poor lost Toby, and his kind owner ruby. This is a lovely story, and I would recommend it to any animal lovers.
