When Lucy hears noises from behind the wall she tries to warn her parents that there are wolves banging about. But her parents don’t listen. When the wolves finally take over the house and Lucy and her family are evicted to live in the garden her parents realise perhaps they should have listened. But Lucy is no shrinking violet and pretty soon she has the wolves out and the family back in the house. So what was that noise Lucy heard coming from behind the wall …? This is a brilliant, witty and inventive picture book with cutting-edge art, which is sure to be a hit with existing fans of Neil Gaiman as well as young readers.

interesting little scary worth to read
I really liked it when Lucy was brave enough to rescue her pig puppet.
It was scary and I like scary stuff
The wolves came out the walls. It was a scary book. Lucy heard hustling and bustling noises coming from the walls.
I love the craziness of this story and the strength of the youngest character in taking on the fears and winning. Fabulous illustrations too. True Gaiman style.
It was scary but exciting.
Terrible book! I will never read it again and wouldn't recommend it.
I thought it was a brave story.
Lucy wanted her old pig puppet, she did not want a new one as it was from her childhood and she loved it so much. So she went into the house with the wolves to get her pig puppet.
My favourite character was the pug puppet especially at the end.
The design of the book was good.
I recommend this book.
This story is little scary but very interesting.
