I definitely recommend for 8+ my favourite character is miss honey and the picture

It was good. I like it when Miss Trunchbull spins the girl round by her plaits

I really liked this book and I had already seen the movie so I thought it was a good idea to read the book as well. My favourite character was Matilda because I like her personality and how she reads lots of books even though her family are always watching TV. This was a fiction book and I would definitely recommend reading it and watching the movie!
