Take your first steps into the wilderness with Rusty the house cat as he leaves his home to go and live in the wild. A thrillling new feline fantasy series that draws you into a vivid animal world.
When ‘kittypet’ Rusty strays into the forest beyond his owner’s garden and is ambushed by a wild cat, life as he knows it is over. After a brave fight, he is invited to leave the ‘twoleg’ world and join ThunderClan, one of four cat tribes, to train as a warrior. Rusty becomes Firepaw and learns laws of the wild – hunting and fighting to protect the clan’s survival. When the fearsome ShadowClan threaten ThunderClan’s territory his warrior skills are put to the test. But how can he protect the clan when he suspects their own deputy of treachery? TweetReviews
I really like this book and it was fiction and I recommend it to everyone and anyone
Lots of cat fun
I love this book and have purchased quite a few more.
I like cats and was recommended this by the bookshop lady. Very good story
I liked the unlikely hero
I LOVED IT
Where you come from doesn't count
This was a fabulous book, with lots of interesting characters and a great plot that meant I could hardly put it down! My favourite characters were Firepaw and Bluestar. I would definitely recommend this book to all animal lovers and reading lovers!
Once I read this book I fell in love with it and guess what I’ve read all six books from the first series and an am waiting for the third book (Dawn) from the next series.
Bluestar was my fave character Fireheart learned quickly because Bluestar had a prophecy from Starclan thanks to Spottedleaf the former medic cat of Thunderclan who later turns out Clawfaxe killed her and Yellowfang the former Shadow clan medic cat came.
Very good description and vocabulary.. this was my first of many warriors book i have read!
This book is amazing it shows us how a cat so magnificent came to be.
I like warrior cats because Iike cats.
First Warrior Cat book highly recommended!
So much mystery!
This book was extremely good and incredibly well written but I think that it should have been a bit longer ( I know that it is only the first in the series ) because I felt like not enough detail was being given.
My favourite character is fire paw. It's very entertaining and makes me want to keep reading.
Excellent
Favourite character fire heart. I would recommend this book
It’s so good Got so much detail. I gave it to my mum to read and she’s loving it
a great book
I like this book but it has too much violence. There is a ginger cat called Rusty who is a pet of a human. There are 4 clans called; Thunderclan, Riverclan, Shadowclan, Windclan, (an extra one) Starclan. Every clan has only one destiny. One of the cats in one of the clan dies.
My favourite character is Firepaw. I would recommend this book to people, who like a bit of mystery.
it is fun and interesting
I thought that this book was rather good to do with relationships. i just couldn’t put it down!
When I started reading this book I thought it was interesting because I have read loads of fiction books with mythical animals but this one is about cats. I rate this book 5 stars since it has a different kind of way for a book. There are four clans of cats which follow a warrior code and always help there clan mates. I'd recommend this book to people who like lore's or codes to a life that you follow to be a respected warrior.
I found the book at school and started to read it and when I was done I absolutely loved it so my mum bought me lots more.i would definitely recommend it to someone and I have.
Ok book good for people who are more catty I’m more kitty’s small cats horses and dogs
It is a bit sad its 9+ and it is lot of killing and lots of cats die and go to Starclan (It is like heaven but for cats.)
I love firepaw. So gripping
