I loved this book because it is all about chocolate and I love chocolate
The book was interesting to read. Favourite part of the story was when they go to the chocolate factory, when the girl eats the blue chewing gum. The movie is good. Wonka film .
I liked this book because it let your mind imagine what you was reading. My favourite character was Charlie. I would like to read more from this author.

I thought this book was very funny. It was nice that there were lots of morals to learn from the story and I really enjoyed the songs and poems that were featured. The characters were all very interesting too!
The book is a fiction story and the main characters are: Charlie Bucket and Mr Wonka who owns a chocolate factory. I loved this book because of all the funny things that happen to the children.

I loved it. The best bit was when the chocolate factory is charlie's at the end of the book. I thought it was funny when the four children didn't listen to Mr Wonka, they all went wrong, like turning into a blueberry! I would like to go to the chocolate factory in the story.

I would recommend Charlie and the chocolate factory. It’s an amazing story. It’s about a poor kid who got chocolate once on his birthday, then he got chocolate everyday.

I didn't like the part where Charlie Bucket's dad's toothpaste factory got shut down and they didn't have any money. That made me feel sad.
I loved it. I thought it was fun and full of surprises. My favourite character was Mr. Willy Wonka because he made delicious chocolate. The children were not very nice except for Charlie. He loved chocolate and wanted to eat it all the time. He was very kind to Mr. Willy Wonka and Grandpa Joe.
