A complex story of a friendship between the class bully and the new boy, told in different styles of verse. Very powerful and affecting.
sad and really makes you think.

It was a great- but sad- book. I would recommend if you like poetry.
Good
I enjoyed the fact that the whole book is written in poems

I enjoyed this story about friendship and our school value, love. We were really surprised when it turned out that Sam had been the bully. I also really loved the different types of poetry, especially the haiku.
A sad, but at the end it's nice, story written in poems.

A fantastic book to share with a class of children. A super story, shared in verse, with a very important message about friendship. This book would fit well into work on friendships/relationships as well as providing inspiration for writing various styles of poetry.
I quite enjoyed it, but, poem type books are not really my thing. Still the storyline was Amazing!
My favourite character is Sam because he learns his mistakes I recommend reading it

Cloud Busting is a wondrous to learn how to write poetry!
A novel about a boy who is encouraged to be unwelcoming to a newcomer. But on the other hand his mother is telling him to play with the new kid.
Sometimes you have to make a decision on your own?
A heart touching story to remember!
I think this is a really good book! A boy called Sam meets a boy called Davey. Sam and Davey don't like each other until one day they become really close friends. It teaches people how beautiful the world is.
